Men's Sheds help men come together, remain mentally and emotionally involved, and be productive while contributing to the community—all of which are keys to good overall health.
We aim to create a healthy environment for all men, but especially for those who are underemployed or no longer employed, to build new relationships while combating social isolation and depression by providing a safe space for men to connect.
A Men's Shed is a place where men share a few tall tales while enjoying a camaraderie all too rare today.
With three years of experience as a group, we are still experimenting with interests and activities.
With a core group of 75 members, something is happening every week. We have two meetings and two Brunches a month. Check our calendar for dates.
